Dear fans in Europe, Due to a private health matter, we’ll sadly be unable to play the majority of our upcoming European festivals and shows. With the exception of our London show, which is being postponed until December 4, all other upcoming European dates are cancelled and refunds will be available at the point of purchase. This is a hard one for us bc we love playing in Europe and our fans there, but we’ll be back to play for you as soon as possible. Love, Crumb A psychedelic collaboration. Wie gut, dass Crumb in einer Zeit zu uns kommen, wo wir uns vor Begriffen wie Psych-Jazz-Rock nicht (mehr) abschrecken lassen. Wie gut auch, dass Crumb Musik machen, die zwar in jedes dieser Genres fallen könnte, aber meist irgendwo dazwischen, dahinter oder daneben liegt: Lila Ramani, Brian Aronow, Jesse Brotter und Jonathan Gilad lassen uns kaugummikauend an die äussersten Ecken unseres Erinnerungsvermögens tänzeln und dort in einen Dornröschenschlaf fallen. Ziemlich magisch, imfall.

Sacré bol, Crumb nous atteint à un moment où des termes comme psych, jazz ou rock nous rebutent plus. Bol supplémentaire, la musique Crumb, qui pourrait bien tomber dans l’une de ces catégories, tombe plutôt quelque part entre, derrière ou à côté de tout cela : Lila Ramani, Brian Aronow, Jesse Brotter et Jonathan Gilad nous laissent dansotter, en mâchant du chewing-gum, jusque dans les derniers recoins de notre mémoire pour y tomber dans un sommeil profond. Assez magique, en somme!
